IR-LED 660 - 1750nm

FUTURELED offers a standardized IR spectrum from 660 to 1060 nm and by customer request up to 3000 nm.The regulation of the emission wavelength can be chosen in five to ten nm-steps. We offer an accuracy in wavelength-selection of ± 1 nanometers. Due to our AS-technology (Ga, Al) we are able to produce LED without a second side peak. Several types are designed for short switching times with up to 5 ns.

We achieved a 100% speed test of the emitted spectrum in order to comply with our customers´ requirements. The test contains: peak, dominance, focus wavelength, FWHM, second side peaks, intensity of radiation and luminosity.
